No. It is a one-time account activation charge. Once paid, your account stays active indefinitely. You will never be automatically billed for it again.
No. The $5 base plan includes everything you need to create up to 10 capsules with 10 GB of payload storage. Subscriptions are entirely optional and only necessary if you need more capacity.
Your account stays active. If your storage usage is within the base 10 GB limit, nothing changes. If you are over quota, EternalRelays will automatically delete the largest payload contents and pause the affected capsules to bring you back within the base limit. You will receive an email notification before this occurs.
Yes, anytime from your billing page. You retain access through the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not affect your account activation or your ability to use the base plan.
Only payload content — attached files, video streams, and file releases — counts toward your quota. Capsule configuration (recipients, schedule, message text) does not count against your storage limit.
