1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EternalRelays, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

EternalRelays is a secure message and action delivery service. It allows users to schedule automated actions (payloads) that trigger on a specific date or if the user fails to "check in" within a specified interval. You understand that the service depends on your active participation (checking in) to prevent triggers for Safety Vault capsules.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
• Ensuring your check-in intervals and grace periods are configured correctly.
• Verifying that your configured payloads (emails, webhooks, etc.) are valid and functional.
• Providing accurate contact information for your recipients.

4. Delivery Policy & Commitment

You are planning for the long haul, and so are we. While no service can predict the state of the internet decades from now, we are committed to maintaining your capsule for as long as EternalRelays is operational. For release dates scheduled more than 10 years into the future, we recommend reviewing your capsule every few years to ensure your recipients' contact information remains current.

To ensure maximum reliability for your digital legacy, we maintain multiple redundancies for these vaults. We promise to honor your delivery instructions for as long as the service exists, provided the technology of the day (like email or webhooks) remains compatible.

We provide the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Factors such as email provider filters, network outages, or third-party API changes may prevent successful execution.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EternalRelays and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of digital assets, or emotional distress resulting from the triggering (or failure to trigger) of any switch.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not use EternalRelays to send spam, malware, or any content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
